Children
Children are welcome at the salon when they are receiving a scheduled service of their own.
For your child's safety and protection, as well as to maintain a relaxing atmosphere, we ask that no children be present at the salon when they are not receiving a service, this includes in strollers, empty salon chairs, or in your lap.
We know your children are great little people, and we appreciate your support and understanding of our guidelines regarding having your children in our salon. Please make all necessary child care arrangements prior to your visit.
24 Hour Cancellation Policy
We understand that unforeseen circumstances happen and you may need to cancel or change an appointment with us.
In order to respect the time of both our guests and our staff, we simply ask that you notify us of a cancellation or reschedule no less than 48 hours prior to the reservation.
This allows us ample time to fill the reservation should you need to cancel/reschedule your service. Appointments that are cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the start of your service will result in a charge of a rebooking fee. The fee will be required to be paid before another service can be scheduled.
Please be courteous to your artist and other guests.
If you are more than 15 minutes late for your reservation we may have to reschedule your appointment and assess a fee for the services that you were scheduled for.
Our Service Guarantee
We make every attempt to ensure that you are satisfied with your experience at Jagged Edge Salon. In the event that you are not completely satisfied, please let us know at the time of your service or within 48 hours after your service has been performed.
All services are non-refundable but we will be more than happy to schedule a corrective service free of charge.
